The Computer Science Graduate Student Organization (CSGSO) is here to make your life a little better as graduate students at UIUC. We are in touch with the faculty and administration to ensure that your needs are met, and we organize small events to keep things interesting. Our tasks include:

• Expressing our concerns to the department head and academic office
• Maintaining the CS-Grads Slack team so that people have a platform to communicate
• Helping organize the visit weekend for newly admitted graduate students
• Providing pizza and other great food every other Friday and occasionally arranging for a sponsored FE
• Planning other social events for CS graduate students
• Keeping the grad kitchen stocked with coffee
• Organizing weekly happy hours
